About You: You’re not just experienced—you’re passionate about your role as a Scrub Scout . You’re dedicated to ensuring each patient feels supported and confident throughout their procedure. What We’re Looking For: AHPRA Registration : Essential for this position. You must hold current, unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Eligibility to Work in Australia : Full working rights are required. Minimum 3 Years of Experience : Your extensive experience as a Scrub Scout Ophthalmic will allow you to bring confidence, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of ophthalmic procedures to the team. Outstanding Communication & Interpersonal Skills : You excel at staying calm, clear, and focused in high-pressure environments, ensuring seamless communication within the team and with patients.
